Tree 4 Tea wooden coasters by Juozas Urbonavicius for Rio Lindo.

These rustic and hand-crafted coasters are created by simply slicing an oak tree branch into sections.

An ingenious way to appreciate the natural texture and intricate structure of the most familiar of materials, as well as a practical means of protecting tabletops and surfaces about the home.

Please note that the natural materials and technique used to make this design mean that each coaster is unique and size and appearance may vary slightly from the images above.

Soaking with water may cause the wood to warp. To flatten simply leave to dry upside down.

You can preserve the appearance of your coasters by rubbing them with a little vegetable oil from time to time.
